복음을 자신들이 가장 잘 이해할 수 있는 모국어로 듣지 못하는 민족이 아직도 이 지구상에 2,700여 부족이나
된다는 사실이 제 마음을 매우 아프게 하였습니다.
하나님께서는 저에게 교회들에게 가서 그들을 깨워서 성경을 모국어로 가지지 못한
민족들에게 성경을 주는 일에 참여하라고 권고하시고 또 선교사로 소명받은 사람들을 찾아서 훈련하고 파송하는 일을 도우라고 부탁하셨습니다.
사람들을 생명의 빛인 말씀으로 인도하는 일이야 말로 이웃 사랑의 가장 적극적인 표현이고 하나님 명령에 대한 순종이라는 생각이 마음에
가득하였습니다

My heart was broken when I heard that 2,700 people groups do not have
the Bible in their own language.
God convicted my heart to go to
churches,
encourage them to participate in giving God’s Word to those who don’t
yet have it and help nurture and commission missionaries.
I was convinced
that
leading people to the Light of Life, the Word of God, is the most vibrant
expression of my love for my neighbor and the essence of my obedience
to God.
